Return Goods Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the perishable nature of many of our products we have certain terms and conditions that must apply to returns.
Due to the perishable nature of our raw pet food products we do not except returns. If there is a defect in the packaging or other unique issue please contact us.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any of the following reasons, you can return the items within thirty (30) days of the purchase date for a prompt refund or exchange:
•All orders are verified in our system prior to pick-up, delivery, or shipping,
but on occasion mistakes do happen. Just contact us and we will take care of
it promptly. You will not incur any additional shipping or handling fees.
•If you ordered incorrectly
•If you are dissatisfied with your purchase of supplements, treats, or other
The original delivery fee or shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
and Grateful Pet reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee.
All such returned merchandise must be in the unopened package and in saleable condition.
•If the item was damaged in shipping -
You will not be responsible for shipping costs if an item you received was
damaged in transit if you submit a photograph of the damaged goods for our
use in pursuing the shipping company for these damages.
All returns require prior written authorization.

Refunds for items returned within thirty (30) days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
